Financial Service Associate - Manchester

Members First is seeking a full time Financial Service Associate for our Manchester branch on 200 Union Street. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who works well in a team environment and is focused on providing superior customer service to all members.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist members with day-to-day financial transactions as well as complex requests
  • Handle account inquiries and resolve problems
  • Assist members with consumer loan inquiries
  • Help members identify products and services that best fit their needs
  • Respond to member inquiries and requests
  • Assist members with basic budgeting
  • Participate in the credit union sales culture as well as community and business related events

Prerequisites:

  • Demonstrate accuracy and competence in basic math skills/cash handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, in person and in written format
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing sales and service opportunities
  • Ability to provide own reliable transportation
  • Lending experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Minimum education achievement: High School Diploma or GED

Call Center Representative - Manchester

Members First is seeking a full time Call Center Representative at our office on 44 Bridge Street, Manchester.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist members with all online services and debit card services
  • Help identify products and services that best fit member needs
  • Assist members with day-to-day transactions, balance inquires and resolve problems
  • Respond to member inquires and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist members with consumer loans and related services
  • Participate in community and business related events

Prerequisites:

  • Demonstrated accuracy and competence in basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to multi task in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing sales and service opportunities
  • Lending experience preferred, but not required
