Share Draft Coordinator (Part Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs share draft processing, exceptions, returns and reconciliation
  • Processes fraud claims related to the share accounts
  • Completes annual Abandoned Property/Escheatment tasks
  • Maintains a working knowledge of deposit compliance regulations relative to essential duties
  • Informs Fraud Officer of fraud trends and/or suspicious activity, as appropriate
  • Processes and resolves all issues related to debit cards including, but not limited to:
    • Card ordering and card rushes
    • Fraud/Disputes and Chargebacks
    • Travel notices
    • Tokenization
  • Supports the Overdraft programs by completing tasks relative to member communication and negative share collection in compliance with Credit Union and NCUA guidelines
  • Performs all duties in compliance with credit union policies and procedures

Additional Duties

  • Provides support and assistance to retail staff as needed to promptly and appropriately serve the membership
  • Provides support and assistance to auditors and examiners as needed, cross-trains on deposit service department duties, performs additional duties as assigned


  • Comprehensive understanding of share draft, debit card and overdraft products and core system navigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to solve practical problems; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Detail orientated, proficient in multi-tasking, handling critical tasks involving confidential and sensitive data, as well as communicating regularly with members and staff

Contact Center Representative (Part Time)

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for handling a variety of member service calls in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolves member questions and problems regarding accounts, orders, payments, products, and services and provides accurate and complete information about credit union products and services
  • Assists members with all electronic services, debit card services, as well as consumer loans and related services
  • Cross-sells products and services and supports all functions within the contact center
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures within area of responsibility
  • Completes research and resolves documentation errors or discrepancies and forwards more complex problems to contact center supervisor
  • Attends community events on behalf of the credit union
  • Attends all office/departmental training sessions and organizational meetings
  • Assists and fills in at branch office as needed
  • Performs additional duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office products as well as the ability to use other computer software programs, analyze data and prepare reports
  • Valid driver’s license is required

Mortgage Processor

The Mortgage Processor is responsible for processing real estate and home equity loan applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide effective review and processing for all phases of mortgage loan activities, including the verification of all mortgage closing documents and preparation of home equity closing documents
  • Provide accurate disclosures meeting federal guidelines for timing and content
  • Ensure pipeline is accurate, reflecting current information
  • Provide back up for mortgage and home equity disbursements
  • Prepare daily rate changes


  • Requires working knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines and CFPB regulations
  • A high level of organization is required, as well as the ability to use Microsoft Office programs and various software systems
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to analyze data and prepare reports, calculate figures and amounts; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • High School diploma or GED and two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
