Delete Online & Mobile Banking Access

Members First Credit Union values your privacy and would like to give you the ability to delete your Online & Mobile Banking Access, should you choose.

If you wish to delete your access to your Online and Mobile banking, we ask that you complete and submit the form below. Your information will then be reviewed by a Members First Credit Union team member, and you will be contacted for further verification within three business days.

Please note that when your identification is confirmed and your access is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to Online Banking or your Members First Credit Union mobile app.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements* and paper tax documents.
  • All activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes account alerts and notifications via text and/or email, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers, cross account transfer access, loan payments, scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use.
  • You will no longer be able to deposit checks via your Mobile app.
  • Your Members First Credit Union share and loan accounts will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your Online & Mobile banking access.

Important note: deleting your account using this form will not reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your account, please use the Forgot Login page instead.
