Loan Payments

Make One-Time or Recurring Payments with Online Banking

The quickest and easiest way to make your loan payments is online.

Access our Mobile Banking app from your mobile device, or log into Online Banking from your computer by selecting the login button at the top of our website. If you’re new to Online Banking, simply call (603) 622-8781 and we’ll get you started.

If making a loan payment from your Members First account:

Select the Pay button within your loan summary from the Accounts menu. From there, you can transfer money from your savings or checking to make one-time or recurring payments.

If paying from an account elsewhe​re:

  • From the Mobile Banking app, choose Pay from the main menu and select Loan Pay
  • From your computer, go to Move Money from the main menu and select Loan Payment

Other Payment Options

To make a loan payment from your Members First account by phone, use our automated Telephone Banking service.

Dial 1-877-641-2499 and follow the prompts.

To make a loan payment with a check or money order, mail to:

To pay by recurring transfer agreement or ACH, a signed agreement is required.
