We’re currently seeking a customer-focused, dependable Contact Center Representative to join our member services team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—providing support, guidance, and solutions through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

What You'll Do

As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and reinforcing our people-first approach.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for members by providing professional, friendly, and efficient support via phone, video, online platforms, and other communication channels
  • Monitor and respond to member service inboxes and voicemail messages in a timely and courteous manner
  • Research and resolve routine member questions, concerns, and account-related issues with accuracy and care
  • Open and close accounts, verify account information, process stop payments, order debit cards, and answer questions related to share accounts, share drafts, ATMs, and debit cards
  • Assist members with basic questions regarding loan and mortgage accounts
  • Support members with remote access, digital banking tools, and other electronic services offered by the credit union
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services when appropriate, always with the member’s best interest in mind
  • Ensure proper follow-up on member inquiries to drive satisfaction and resolution
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all member and employee information
  • Treat members and coworkers with professionalism, respect, and a collaborative, positive attitude

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or financial services environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Comfortable working with computers and common software applications; experience with CRM or call center systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to credit union policies and procedures
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
