International Credit Union Day is Thursday, October 20, and it’s a great day to celebrate the benefits of being a credit union member.

One thing we love about the credit union movement is our commitment to community involvement. Did you know credit unions throughout the state work together to support Make-A-Wish NH and their mission to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illness? Over the course of 26 years, New Hampshire credit unions have teamed up to raise more than $3.4 million for Make-A-Wish!

Our senior vice president and chief lending officer, Tom Andrew (seen far left), was present for this year’s $225,000 donation. We’re proud to play a small role in the important work MAW-NH does for the children in our state.
