Members First Credit Union CEO Completes Leadership Program

Members First Credit Union proudly announces that CEO Courtney Fifield has completed the Leadership Greater Manchester program, conducted by the Greater Manchester Chamber. This ten-month program aims to develop leadership skills and foster community engagement through monthly sessions on topics such as economic development, education, government, health and human services, and the arts.

Courtney remarked, "It was incredibly meaningful to learn from and get to know so many other great leaders in our community. The insights I gained will help me serve our members better."

The program begins with an orientation and retreat in August, followed by monthly sessions through June. Participants are exposed to various challenges and opportunities within the Manchester community, facilitated by local leaders and experts.
