We are very pleased to announce that Courtney Fifield joined Members First as our new CEO on April 17, 2023. Courtney has worked in banking and finance for more than two decades and in credit union management specifically for 13 years.

Courtney earned his bachelor's and master’s degrees from Harvard University, where he studied management as well as finance and organizational behavior.

As our CEO, Courtney brings a commitment to community service, a passion for empowering people to achieve their financial goals, and a track record of driving innovation and growth. These qualities align perfectly with Members First’s mission, and we look forward to an exciting future under his leadership.
