Expanded Contact Center Hours

Our phone lines are now open weekdays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to noon. Although no longer available from 5-6pm on Thursdays, we'll be ready to receive your phone and video banking calls earlier each weekday morning.

Remember, several of the non-cash transactions that otherwise would require an appointment can take place via video banking. You can apply for a loan, make a wire transfer, open a new account, and more, from anywhere you have internet access.

Check Your Loan Status

Eager to hear back on your home or auto loan application? Now you can easily check the status of any mortgage, equity or consumer loan application on our website. Simply visit the Apply for a Loan page and login to your application.

Receive Text Alerts for Suspected Fraud

We can now notify you of suspected fraudulent activity on your debit card by text. With Premium Enfact® Text Notifications, you'll receive a text message* from 37268 if suspicious transactions are detected. Simply respond to the text to validate the activity. If you confirm the activity is legitimate, no further action is necessary – you can carry on using your card. If you indicate the activity is fraudulent, your card will be frozen and you will receive a phone number to call for follow up.

There is no need to enroll in this service. Simply ensure we have your mobile number on file to automatically receive text fraud alerts. To confirm we have your mobile number on file or to update your records, please contact us.
