Breathe NH has transformed the lives of our Catholic Medical Center pulmonary rehab patients, who often struggle with isolation due to their pulmonary disease. Thanks to support from Breathe NH staff, our patients enjoy the annual Eager Breather's Fresh Air Cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee. This event offers a rare opportunity for patients to engage in outdoor activities with others that are also living with a chronic lung disease. Our patients and our team at CMC are immensely grateful to Breathe NH for not only organizing the cruise, but also for their ongoing pulmonary health education and support in New Hampshire.
