• Development of Toolkits: Breathe NH is creating educational materials and hosting workshops to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and skills to better manage asthma and COPD symptoms. These toolkits will help people recognize triggers and navigate treatment options.
• The Launch of Café Breathe: This new initiative will establish a support group where individuals and caregivers can connect, share experiences, and find strength in the community. Café Breathe aims to provide a safe space for those facing similar challenges to support each other.
